[Application] These drums are installed in a system or casing to continuously separate and sort out magnetic fine pieces from raw materials fed by a motor at a low speed. These drums are suitable for removing iron mixed in materials in processes of threshing, cleaning and processing rice. [Features] Models of various sizes are available according to specifications of mounting equipment and required capacity. These drums employ a powerful rare earth magnet having a property value of 1.2 T (12,000 G) or over and the surface maximum magnetic flux density is 0.35 T (3,500 G) to realize a very powerful drum in the drum specifications. Since a permanent magnet of which the strong magnetic force is maintained for almost perpetually is used, the running cost can be reduced significantly. |
