These chucks are most suitable for precision machining where relatively load is applied such as heavy-duty grinding and light-duty cutting and for machining workpieces having steps such as direct-acting guides.

[Features]
  • A various kinds of workpieces such as relatively small workpieces, workpieces having a small attractive area and concave workpieces can be chucked.
  • The addition of a construction dedicated to demagnetization improves the performance of releasing a workpiece when the chuck is turned off.
  • The chucks are also able to release easily such steels as hardened steel and special steel having large residual magnetism.
  • Electricity is applied momentarily only during workpiece mounting and dismounting, thus minimizing heat generated internally and contributing to energy saving.
  • The chucks can be used in wet environment and have high waterproof performance.
  • An environment-friendly resin bonded face plate is used.
