[Application] These blocks are used in combination with a magnetic chuck as an auxiliary tool to hold round bars and sheet-like workpieces that are difficult to hold on their side faces only by chucking. [Features] Since these blocks are not magnetized themselves, they are placed on a magnetic chuck to induce magnetism to hold workpieces. Magnetism can be induced on two faces of top and side or V face and side. Specially-shaped workpieces can also be held by use of chuck blocks, thus making it possible to utilize your chucks in stock. One set of two blocks has been finished together. (KT-3 and -4 are available individually.) |
