Since these filters have welded periphery, they are suited for food processing operations, in particular, most suitable for operations where growth of bacteria is not accepted.
As flow lock can be done when magnet is off , cleaning can be performed without taking out the magnet.
[Features]
  • Manual ON/OFF switching. (by inserting and removing each magnet bar individually, cleaning is performed without disruption of operation.
  • The inserted magnetic bar is welded and finished by buffing on it periphery, it is sanitary.
  • A special model with (6) magnetic bars can also be manufactured.
  • Operation in temperatures up to 150 degree C (302 degree F) is okay (TD-A type)
  • Super high magnetic force model is also available.
